I’m Naida, a 200-hour Registered Yoga Instructor with a background in nutrition and physical activity. I offer yoga experiences for youth and adults that combine movement, breathwork, and journaling to support overall well-being. Each session features music to inspire flow and includes access to bolsters, mats, blankets, and straps for a comfortable, enriching practice.

Grounded in her 200-hour YTT training and nutrition background, Savannah provides practical guidance for comprehensive wellness through programs offered as a Family and Consumer Sciences Agent with NC Cooperative Extension. She is passionate about creating a supportive environment that helps participants connect with their bodies and cultivate lasting health.
