Yoga Teacher Training
200 Hour

Intentional Vibrations Yoga School
Welcome!
Take a deep breath.
Maybe another.
Crack a smile.
And give yourself the gift of a sigh.
At IVY, we believe it all starts with the breath. Coming home to you. All of our yoga knowledge, our self-inquiry, our shared journey, is knowledge being returned to us.
Why choose this training?
We believe yoga is more than a personal practice — it is a path of resilience, service, and community care.

Rooted in evidence-based psychology and integrative whole-person practices, this program is about becoming more than a teacher — it’s about becoming a resource for your community.
By completing this application, you’re taking the first step toward joining a collective of compassionate leaders dedicated to growth, service, and meaningful impact.
Track Options
Our 200 Hr Yoga Teacher Training has two current track option available. We understand it is challenging to add on another commitment to the calendar. While at the same time we acknowledge how important it is to carve out time and space to cultivate deeper meaning, intention, and Svadyaya (personal practice). Our training track offerings are set in place to support you and your life. We believe in a life-work balance, not the other way around. Choose the track which fits your current lifestyle.
