Who We Are
Get to Know Us
At Intentional Vibrations Yoga School, we believe yoga is more than a personal practice — it is a pathway to resilience, service, and community care. Our mission is to empower community health educators and service-driven individuals to strengthen their own well-being through the tools of yoga, and to share those practices in ways that are adaptable, accessible, and responsive to diverse communities.
Our 200-hour training is designed with an adult learner–centered approach, weaving together evidence-based research in behavioral psychology with integrative perspectives that honor the whole person — body, mind, and community. This is not just about becoming a yoga teacher, but about becoming a resource: someone who can hold space, guide with intention, and create meaningful impact in the lives of others.
Meet the Team
We are a group of intentional yoga teachers and scholars who were brought together through divine intervention-- across time and space. The universe conspired for each of us to bring together our passions, talents, and interests to create a competency-based yoga teacher training that will standardize without standing in judgement of anyone or anything. We discern what works for us and we take what we like and leave the rest.
We continue on this yoga journey to explore who we are, and hope you want to join. In this self-discovery, your dharma might have revealed a desire to share with others. That is why you are here. To learn how to teach others from a heart centered, sacred space of allowingness.
Guest Lecturers
We are a circle of teachers, guides, and seekers devoted to yoga as a living, breathing practice. Our work bridges the wisdom of ancient philosophy with modern integrative approaches to health and well-being.
Together, we create a space where learning is embodied, supportive, and deeply connected. Our community honors every student’s path as sacred.
What We Do

This Yoga Alliance–approved 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training blends live virtual learning, integrative wellness practices, engaging adult learner-centered techniques, supportive books/articles with assignments, group cohesion/dynamics approaches, competency checks, and real world application.
