We believe that "When we break bread and break a sweat, we build community."

Therefore, in this lab, we develop, adapt, integrate, and evaluate physical activity programs for community settings.

The abbreviations document to the right may be helpful in orienting you to some of our key terminology.

Our goal is that people see exercise as a resource, not a chore or a goal.
