Congratulations everyone! How does it feel to be have finished FitEx 2018? Are you proud of everything that you have accomplished over the past 8 weeks? Are you still motivated to maintain the healthy lifestyle that you have created over the course of the program? Take some time this week to celebrate everything you have accomplished with your family, friends, and teammates. You deserve it!
As promised, we share the last six tips for increasing the amount of fruit and vegetables that you eat everyday in this week’s newsletter. We also include a summary of the 7 steps that we have shared over the past seven weeks with you in the FitEx and Beyond section of our newsletter. And because your fitness journey does not have to end just because FitEx is over, we also share some websites that have a variety of resources that can help you stay fit and active.
