What is FUEL?

FUEL is an 8-week, one-on-one coaching program for implementation researchers to optimize their performance by learning how to "go all in without burning out." 

FUEL is comprised of 9 coaching sessions delivered through Zoom videoconferencing.  Each coaching session is individually-tailored to the implementation researcher.  FUEL is about real-time connection and collaboration to foster self-discovery and long-term personal growth toward career excellence, meaningful experience, and overall well-being.
